Yin Yoga with Live Flute

Dana Humphrey has been practicing Yoga regularly at Hot Yoga Rockaway Beach since 2017. Humphrey completed her 200 Hour Hot Yoga Teaching Training - Level 1 with Jimmy Barkan in March of 2022. She teaches a regular Hot26&2 Yoga Class on Tuesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at 7:30am on 116th Street in Rockaway. Dana recently became a Kripalu Certified Yin Yoga Teacher as well.

Onel Mulet is a Flautist and will be playing the soothing flute live with each pose.

Enjoy long holds in each pose allowing you time to energize your meridians, and release any tension in your muscles. Together we find our appropriate edge, release the muscles & stay awhile.
